Delete Your Signava Account

Signava (developed by RuxHub)

You can request permanent deletion of your Signava account and all associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to support@ruxhub.com from the same email address you used to sign in to Signava (via Google Sign-In).
  2. Use the subject line "Delete my Signava account", and include the email address associated with your account.
  3. We will confirm your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

Your account profile (email, display name, photo reference), subscription status and history, push notification tokens, referral data, and app preferences are permanently deleted from our systems.

What may be retained

Anonymized, aggregated usage analytics and crash diagnostics (which are not tied back to your identity once your account is deleted) may be retained for product improvement purposes. Records legally required for financial/billing compliance (such as Google Play purchase records) are retained as required by law, separate from your Signava account data.
